Father Peter Dwyer

Fr Peter William Dwyer with 10 offences against four boys, including indecent assault and having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16. Fr Dwyer contested all the charges. This jury acquitted Father Dwyer on 9 April 2011, thus permitting the media to report the conviction of Kevin Francis Phillips.
